Converting vintage airstreams for Europe

I have 4 airstreams I am exporting to the UK. I want to convert them to European standards - Voltage, hitches etc. Don't seem to be able to find what the standards are on this. Does anyone know where to find the legal/technical info on this?

The Britsih consulate should be able to give you the contacts at the British Ministry of Transportation.
