Aux LP Gas Connections

I am considering putting an auxiliary LP outlet for supplying a gas grill and am looking for any feedback anyone can provide on an arrangement that works well. Are there any downsides such as campground prohibitions etc that have been experienced?
Your thoughts and comments would be appreciated! Many thanks.

NO PROBLEM!

I use a set up just like you describe to run the gas grill and LP converted Yamaha gen-set from my 2-30lb. LP tanks.

The adapter that you need is made by Camco and allows you to cnnect an externalLP appliance to your existing tanks. It threads right onto the tank, you attach the hose that leads to the trailer, and you have a second port for your accessory. Stock # is 59133 for the 'T' only, or 59143 for the 'T' and a 12' hose.

Contact M.B. Sturgis

I made something similar to what you described. I special ordered a T that connects to the tank and continues to pass LP to the trailer regulator with the other side of the T being a quick disconnect. From that quick disconnect I can attach a 50ft. hose. At the other end of the hose I have another quick disconnect that allows me to install another T so I can connect a gas grill and a gas campfire. I don't have a generator yet but the T will also allow me to connect a generator. Unfortunately, I do not have pictures to show you and the unit is 50 miles away in a storage facility.

Everything was ordered from MB Sturgis and they have a good descriptions of all their parts on the web site. . : M B Sturgis Inc : .Manufacturers of Natural and LP Gas Hose Hoses, Quick Disconnects and Gas Outlets
