shipping mh to uk

we would like to recommend a shipping agent called D J Powers in Brunswick GA who have been very helpful in our nail-biting shipping saga. Michele, who we have been dealing with, has gone above and beyond the call of duty to help, and stayed cool even when things threatened to spiral into disaster! The moho is now waiting at the port ready to skip happily aboard and sail to Southampton. D J Powers deal with shipping lines within the USA and abroad, so anyone with any inquiries should contact them on 01 912 267 1460. Prices are reasonable and above all they are very reliable.

Georgia to Southampton? Little chance of running afoul of an iceberg down here...
Seriously, I hope all goes well for your motor home. Make sure EVERYthing is secured, it WILL come loose and get tossed about the coach in rough seas.

we have bought an Argosy 26ft with 454 engine, although we haven't actually seen it yet! Isn't the internet a wonderful thing?

fozzies,
I go to the UK about once a week on business. The price of petrol there is absolutely frightening! As you know, about $6.50 per gallon. Hope your favorite campground is close to home. Enjoy. Send pics when you get rolling on the M11.

Shipping a motorhome ex USA to UK is pretty straightforward biz, rate is about 40 USD per m3, and when the whole shipment is well prepared in advance, you should not have a problem and be stressed, you just need to deal with a forwarder who knows well
