Aircon and shipping

hi can anyone tell me what the situation is with importing an airstream with aircon, does it affect the vat/duty payable?

Can someone also confirm the exact requirements for the duty reduction/vat waivier and how to qualify (or what doesnt qualify)?

duty and vat always - you didnt say about MH or trailer.
get a receipt for a lower amount than you paid.
