Wow, used only 3 times. Has it been stored inside?
If it is an FB model, like mine, I would guess close to 35K. If it is an SS then it would be considerably less. Mind you, this is just a guess on my part gleaned from watching the ADs as I dream of a 27FB.

I know this is a couple month old thread but I will share that when I was buying, I had my pick of an '06 Safari 25 twin or an '07 Safari 25SE FB. They wanted $12K more for the 25 SE and it had a huge crater dent in the lower rear corner. I ended up buying the '06. The crater dent alone was $1800 to fix- make it $14K difference--that was three years ago. The '07 was a year newer but still I could not see that price difference in them based on condition and features. Another thing, after being in one with that uncomfortable dinette, I am glad to have the couch. If you are thinking about buying the LS, I would recommend the floorpan as it is open. I will sleep three adults nicely. The LS models I have seen have the vinyl ceiling and the upholstered walls like the Classic models. The SE have the naked walls. The current pricing between the two I would say is around $5K now.

i have the SE model in 23'. Upholstered walls and all the extras. Cozy! I paid 24k last spring. It was in near perfect shape. It has the front couch which we really like. Just bring out TV trays for breakfast then have a lounging area the rest of the time. Two wooden tv trays stuff conveniently beside the couch. Most camping dining is done out on the picnic table as long sat the weather is nice.

Does the "L" shaped couch in the front of these pull out into a full sized bed? We're looking at a 28 footer so we have room for 2 kids up front!

Yes it pulls out to make a bed. Not sure of actual size. I removed the front section of mine to make room for a lounge chair.
