...what can I say...after my oh so chipper last post...
IT'S LEAKING AGAIN
Somewhere around the back window it was leaking and the dinette cushions got wet...RV Canada told us it was all fixed so we went in to pick it up, hoping to get in one more trip before the temperature plummets...and the dinette cushions are wet again.
Forgive me for repeating myself but ..we can't use it, we can't even sell it, we can only pay for it.
What a nightmare.
Pass it on.
I can relate to your feeling. Mine had a leak the very first day we went to pick it up. The factory and the dealer all went the extra mile and thought they had fixed it. The darn thing even passed the water machine test they all go through, even after the leak was discovered (I bought from a dealer right down the road from the factory).
Turned out, I myself found the leak...wheel well was not caulked on the curbside.
So, don't fret too much, you will find it eventually, it's just gut wrenching to have to go through it....and trust me, I've been there. Now that I have my laundry list of items resolved, it's a happy coach....now I'm just modding it a bit.

Hi Anne -- I know I've tried to buoy you up through your trials. Susie slept soundly through a heavy storm 2 1/2 weeks ago, only to wake up to her pillow and top of the mattress soaking wet. To quote theVAP guys (Tim, Collin & Rob), "They all leak." I'm getting ahead of my current issue. I hope you can feel you make it there too. I'm wanting to get centramatics so I lessen any unnecessary shaking my Safari apart.

What are centramatics?? Are there "air shocks" for AS! ^_^
We, too, had some bad leaks. Our trailer had been to Alaska before we bought it so that may have caused some problems (?). Mostly the problems we found were rather far from the apparent leak! Phil used silver colored & clear sealer made by AS all around the front windows, by the antenna and everything else on the roof! We (for now) are sound and dry.... of course, now we're having to resolve the sewer smell issue. sigh
Just another bump in the road... literally!
Good luck finding the leak and don't give up!!

Search the forums on centramatic. It will headline a number of threads. Centramatic is a disk shaped balancer that is supposed to balance the wheel and axle. They help some but won't make up for rough roads.
You need to find an RV service center with one. The machine pressurizes the cabin while the tech sprays soapy water on the entire trailer. Find the bubble...find the leak.
I had Airstream of Arkansas do this for me before I picked my trailer up. I will continue to use this as yearly maintenance as well to ensure I keep up on any hidden leaks.
I cannot recommend this service enough...it is worth it.
There was NO bubbling with the bambi. That is why I was completely happy with it...I know it doesn't leak.
I learned about Sealtech from a chat with Rob Baker and Colin Hyde over skype. Colin told me that they all leak...until they use the Sealtech.
Rich Luhr paid a visit to GSM and had the Sealtech used on his trailer as well. Small leaks were detected. I believe that was shown on his blog. You can read about it here. Scroll down to the park about leak test.
I can't think of a better or easier way...not to mention it isn't that costly....certainly worth the cost to keep your floors safe, and to stay comfy at night while sleeping.
I notice that the Sealtech location link doesn't have Airstream specialists GSM Vehicles in Plattsburgh NY. GSM has a Sealtech. This gives Colin a second mention but he'll just have to deal with it.
