Since the interior is now usable, I decided to spend some time polishing the outside. That way the Liner will look less like a derelict and hopefully keep my neighbors happy, although no one has complained.

What are you using for polish? Just curious... I've got some polishing videos up under "Airstreamnut" on YouTube... perhaps I could come up and do some polishing for ya next weekend....if I don't go up north.

Your Diamond Brite on a 7" Harbor Freight polisher followed up by Mothers polish on a drill.
I have watched your videos, but I don't have a cyclo.
I think that we are going to the Orange County Fair on Friday, if you want to meet.

We are now at the stage of picking fabric for the dinette cushions. Here are pictures of the dinette table, interior wood (birch with a honey oak stain) and the Zolotone (white with red and blue speckles). I have also posted pictures of the four fabric choices next to the curtain fabric.
Opinions?

Hi Bill,
I poted this on another thread as well. Your double door liner is actually a 1953 model. Ohio production records indicated it was completed on June 11, 1953 as just the 5th 29' Liner built in Ohio, since it appears that O-5005 was cancelled and never built.

Joe,
Thanks for this information. I knew that it was actually a 1953 because of the vertical rear end cap. But since it is registered as a 1954 I have stayed with that. I was not aware of the completion date.
Thanks again.
Bill
