Will we be able to pay by some method other than Pay Pal, such as by check. I clicked on your message to learn how to make my payment figuring that there would be an address of where to send in our checks, but there is no option other than Pay Pal. I know I'm a country hick living down here in the wide open spaces of Central, Texas; but I've never used Pay Pal to purchase anything, don't know the first thing about it and don't really want to know anything about it.

This site is something I do enjoy. I am not necessarily interested in any of the upgrades other than the stickers. Since I am mechanically challenged, I don't necessarily need a lot of the information contained on this site concerning restoration and repairing of various things, but there is plenty of other topics and information of interest here sufficient to cause me to check in most every day. My donation would be because of the pure enjoyment I get from this site and the many hours each week I spend reading its posts.

If you will send me a private message as to what address I can use to mail you a check, then my contribution will be forthcoming.

I don't like PayPal, either, but if you click on it, the payment options include straight credit card charging--so I went that route. Not that everyone trusts credit card charges across the net, but I've never had a problem.

You'll have mine as soon I get home from work today. Is there a way to keep this near the top of the portal page so more folks can see it?

No, your address is not made public, only the staff (admins) have access to this. Your city and state are viewable in the member directory though...
