OUTDOOR security system help

Does anyone know of a OUTDOOR security system motion detector with a siren that is self powerd?THAT works.

I want to know when someone is stealing my Honda 2000 generator BEFORE they cut the alarm-it cable.All system seem to deal with the problem after someone is already inside your RV or after cable is cut the alarm goes off.I want to

them before damage is done.I also have mouted the generator to a plate and park the trailer tire on that. But

they still try.

Just rig it w/ a lethal dose of pepper spray or mace! )

I would think their screams of pain would be enough to wake you or other neightbors...just make sure not to set it off yourself!
