It is a 4.3" monitor - like I show in the video it is just a little bit bigger than my 6+ iPhone
OK now I am a bit unsure if this is correct answer. I will have to measure when I get home. The manual says it is a 4.3" LCD monitor but ASA told me it is a 5" monitor. It is a little larger than my iPhone 6+ which has a 4.7" monitor which makes me think 5" is correct. I will have to get back to you on this before I can give a definitive answer. I will also add this info to my youtube post.
I'm looking closely at this camera, I really like the smaller screen to keep the clutter to a minimum in the cab. My only concern is that purely out of personal preference, I'm interested in seeing more of the lanes behind me than my own bumper. Do you think if I tilted the camera up a bit more that I could accomplish that, or is it a function of the smaller monitor?
Thanks for your reviews on YT, I've watched the several times!
you certainly can move the camera up to see more of the lanes and less of your rear end. The monitor has nothing to do with the view you get - that is all a product of the camera.
Thank you for the compliment on the videos - we try to put something out once a week but real life gets in the way sometimes.
