I'm largely speculating here about DISH network and your trailer. First, DISH Network:
I have no real experience here, only what I have read, but some DISH receivers have an RF modulator and a coax output. These can be wired into your coax distribution system and distributed throughout the trailer just like cable TV. Newer receivers do not have this feature and can only output via Component or HDMI. Some newer trailers (I don't know about yours) have built in HDMI distribution. Lacking a method to distribute HDMI you must either add one or wire for a second receiver at the other TV.
Now for DirecTV, which I have several years of experience with. This antenna will not receive HD from DirecTV satellites. It should receive SD, but I can't be sure about its ability to auto-point. The 2002 Classic I bought had an older Winegard AS-2003 automatic dish on the roof. It would occasionally not stop searching when it found the satellite. I solved the problem by monitoring signal strengths and stopping the search manually when acceptable signal level was achieved. Similar to the DISH receivers, older ones (some or all of which may not be supported now) have the capability to distribute the satellite signal via the trailer coax network. Newer ones like the H24 have composite, component, and HDMI outputs. I used the composite output from an H24 and an external RF modulator to distribute SD video over the trailer coax network. The newest receivers, the H25 Genie series, are not compatible with your King Dome.
Obviously, you won't be using the in motion feature. In order to receive the satellite signal you must park in a location with a clear line of sight, typically to the southwest. I use the DirecTV for non-broadcast channels like ESPN, CNN, an d other channels and use the crankup TV anntenna for local stations wherever I am, and when I can't get a clear line of sight.
