Looked at their website coverage map. Most metro areas are covered. But looks sparse out in the boonies where most folks camp. Cheap enough at $10-15 a month. Some personal DVD players can be purchased with the receiver which operates on UHF channel 55. It is encrypted so it cannot be received on a standard or digital TV.
They do have good coverage in Florida, so it might be a good alternative for "snow birds".
If a Canadian Snow Bird has Bell TV at home (satellite) all (s)he need do is bring a receiver from home and buy (or bring, I suppose) an antenna and horn. They sell for about US$80, IIRC.
You will get every channel you get at home.
This will allow you to keep up with shows like "Coronation Street" while you are down there.
