Clarion M303 replacement

Has anyone replaced their Clarion M303 with something else?

I find the UI confusing and it forgets the bluetooth pairing when the power is removed, so those are my main issues with it.

Looking on Crutchfield I've found "digital media" units that have no CD player that should work fine.

Anyone else do a swap and have any opinions on their new receiver?

Similar experience here. The bluetooth thing is super annoying. My iPhone remembers the unit, so it doesn't want to pair again until you delete the radio off and start over = ridiculous.

I would expect it to be a very straightforward swap. Any single DIN unit would fit.

I have to say, that Calrion unit is a a dog..

I switched mine out for a Furrion DVS3100 a couple of years back. You can still find them for reasonable money on eBay from time to time. In fact, I bought a second unit for $100 to use in my RV garage! Although it looks like a double size unit, it is actually only a single DIN unit so replaces directly the Calrion unit.

I just returned from a 3 week tour of southern US in our 25ft 2015 FC. The Clarion audio system is a piece of junk. The instruction booklet must have been written by 12 year old. Surprised A/S even used it. My older 19ft Bambi had a much better Sony unit.
I tried so many times to get my Clarion to pair for BT unsuccessfully. As well is there no way to plug in MP3 for direct music playing without having to use AM/FM? Super annoying unit.
Any swap out info would be welcome.
