These brackets can be a nuisance but they work and our two have held up over many, many miles of travel and use. My greatest concern is the pin coming out hitting a pothole in the road, so I put a bungee around the larger front TV and bracket when towing. I might come up with a locking pin to back up the locking pin.

Don't feel lonely Bill, I have the same problem and until now haven't solved the mystery. I'll try a graphite spray or such on our TV ( 2014 23' International) and perhaps get it to move.

We rarely use the TV as I haven't figured out how to operate it on battery power and we generally camp in State campgrounds without power......and my wife thinks the Honda 3000i is TOO LOUD. Ugg.

Best regards,

Adam

Adam....the big TV in my 26U has a different strap/pin set up compared to the bedroom TV which is smaller. I posted a photo here of the front TV and will now post a photo of the bedroom TV strap/pin which may help you to see what's going on.
