Make sure you have gas flow to the appliances. You can loosen a fitting and hear and smell gas. Don't do this with it on or a source of flame near by. I replaced the regulator on mine but the rubber hose coming out of it was swollen shut from oil contamination. Sometimes there is a valve on the belly under each appliance. If there is gas then you have some other problem with each unit. Make sure there are no dirt daubber nests blocking flues etc. My furnace was completely clogged with mud. Make sure you actually see a spark as opposed to hearing it pop. Control boards fail on these things as well.
