Tradewinds vs Argosy

Hi Everyone, I own a 1976 25 ft airstream tradewinds. Pretty goood condition, and I live in it on weekends. I will be full timing it this summer. I am finding the tradewinds can get very small with 2 50lb plus dogs and I am concerned about storage. I have the opportunity to buy a 1986 Argosy. I think they call it a squarestream? Anyway it needs some work but it is the perfect size. Has anyone owned an 86 argosy? I would hate to redo my tradewind because it's pretty much in original condition. Someone told me it would lose it's value. The argosy is 32 feet. Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks, Carla
