Thin Lite

I have a Thin Lite fan/lite fixture on the ceiling in the living area. The 2 bulbs are missing. I contacted Thin Lite and was told the light fixture they made, Model 114 uses a 18" 14 volt bulb. I am discovering these are hard to find.

Does anyone else have one of these and/or actually uses it? It has a crank on it that starts the fan. And it's pretty big, like probably 24" across. (I forgot my tape measure) I suspect the light switch on the back of the dinette seat when you walk in turns on the light fixture.
