Two weeks ago I finally arrived at my house I purchased in Missoula. A little over a week ago the moving van arrived with all my stuff that I had in storage. I kind of liked the organized emptiness of the house. Now I have boxes everywhere!
The airstream sits in the driveway for now. The truck on the street. After the trailer is moved to back yard I will have a place for CP on the street. 20 Amp electric and water will be available. I am close to US 12 and US 93
For all of you that have allowed me to park at your house mine is now available for you do to the same. Thank You all.
If any of you are ever passing through Missoula, MT send me a PM I would love to get together.
Michelle, we're happy for you. What a fine feeling you must have, looking around, knowing you still have your well-traveled trailer and truck that have carried you on adventures to new places and new friends and also seeing a home filled, not unpacked (!), but filled with all your long-stored possessions. As Mike said above, welcome home! ~Georgia and Max

Michelle, How long were you full timing, and what areas of the country did you like the most from all your travels?
I started full timing April of 06. Nearly three years.
For places to visit I liked the New Mexico, Arizona, Utah, Idaho, California, Oregon and of course Montana. I have not explored Washington State yet.
Parts of Texas are quite nice. Pretty much anywhere the air is dry.
As a new camper you were my inspiration I read your posts with great intererst. All your adventures and travels were closely watched, I always said to myself if Michelle can do this I can too. (Minus all the mechanical knowledge...lol...)
Thanks for the inspiration and wonderful journey you took us all on.
Enjoy your roots for now...

We are also in a non rolling home. Feels good to be on steady ground with everything spred out around us. But I do miss the adventure and less cleaning time, but new adventures await.
Welcome home and enjoy it.

Reason: oops spelling
Best wishes in your new lifestyle. Just live in one room of the house so you don't lose touch with full timing.

Well the house was built in the 1950s. The bedrooms are small. That helps. The nicest feature of the house is the addition that was added twenty years ago.
Have you noticed how much "crap" your Airstream held? We had to rent a small storage room to hold the stuff we had in the Airstream that won't fit in our apartment.

Yes, nearly a ton of it, Literally I am still unloading stuff from it and find some surprizes. I will have it unloaded before my first post FT camping trip. I expect my fuel milage will go up greatly.
