Shower head

My shower head is on a rope type thing for hand holding with an adjustment for the water flow at the end. It works ok, but it doesn't stick out very far and I'm too close to the glass door during a shower. Are there other heads you can get and attach to the nozzle at the end of the hose that can be adjusted higher or stick out farther?

Incidentally I'm on day 8 now living full time at a park. It's great!
