I travel around a lot and have a question about setting up a domicile. How do I set one up? Is it enough to simply have a post office box? Can I register my car in a state with just a post office box?
Thanks for your help,
Myra

Hey Myra, go on escapees.com . There is a world of information about your permenant resident status in TX (with a mailing service) and you can travel far and wide and not worry about banking, taxes, mail, etc. I've used it for 4 years now without a hitch. Happy travels,

While you are researching through Escapees, RVBookstore.com has a book for sale on setting up a home base, which states are better, etc.

Look into North Texas Airstream Community. We have a villa there , but you can buy a lot only with full hook-ups. You would be in a great community and have the benefits of mail service , property ownership , no state taxes , etc. Though escapees is a great group , don't decide until you look at NTAC !!!!!
