RV Clubs

Looking for opinions here.
What RV clubs, if any, should I join. Looking for savings on campgrounds, service, etc. We may be fulltiming some time in the future (traveling nationally) but for the next few years it will be vacations / long weekends etc here in the west.

Thanks, in advance, for the help.

Iver

good sam membership gets you discounts at selected cgs, they will also sell you emergency road service, insurance, emergency med. one can also get a fuel discount at loves truckstops. i am sure someone else will trumpet the wally biam canoe club....

You need to be a member of Escapees if you are even looking at fulltiming in the future.

Escapees.com

The best group around.

Wink Join 'em all!

WBCCI if you're looking for Airstream fun and fellowship, of course. My brother gave us a membership to Good Sam and Good Sam ERS when we bought our unit and we've used the membership discounts quite a bit. I also second the vote for Escapees if you're fulltiming. Their mail service is outstanding and the campground discounts--although fewer in number than Good Sam--are usually a bit better.

Angry Beware

Hello .. We were members of Coast to Coast.. with a home park etc.. DO NOT sign a contract with these people.. Not before you have YOUR LAWYER check it out.. we learned the hard cash way... easy to sign up for but hell to get out of..without spending lots of cash..

Thanks

Well !! You have all played to the excessive obsessive compulsive that married the most patient woman in the world ... MOI!! Thanks for the negative input also ... at least that allows me to eliminate at least ONE.
Thanks folks. We get the tow toy over Christmas and absolutely cannot wait (yes, you got it ... excessive obsessive compulsive + a high need for instant gratification). UGH.
