Our latest jobsite.

As full timers, me and Angel (the fellow I take care of) decided to utilize having an Airstream-Living in an Airstream- and working from an Airstream. (kind of a cool contractor idea I had). This is our first commission. In trade for full hook up, we get to trade out (this time) with some mural upgrades around the owners property which in this case is a pretty nice biker bar called Trader Toms Tavern. We are still in Altus, but this time have moved the office/home/icon to the edge of town...the next step wil complete the agreed projects and 'VOOOM!' --we are OUTTA HERE! These pictures are how we are set up. Along with a shot of an old mural I did sixteen years ago, and we are fixing to re do a new one.

We removed the awning and sold it to another Streamer last year- and gave THAT problem to him. We have converted to the type of awning that has a welp cord and metal eyelets and you slide it in the 'C' channel on the trailer itself (the original way they were used to begin with). Mechanical awnings I believe came later. The 'green thing' is a laundry basket turned upside down to protect the electrical connection-with an iron weight on top to hold it down in the high winds of Oklahoma. There also is a large School bus stored behind us (where I keep my cats at night) - I have five male tabbies. ...my kids Also the wood topped table out there is the original butchers table from The Big Texan Steak Ranch in Amarillo, where they hail the home of the 72 ounce steak you get for free if you can eat it in an hour. Ha!

There's a few that are on our early work if you google my name Billy Ines and it will show some of our work that the towns and cities feature. We are known as a couple of artists that started out homeless-got famous-got tired of the media-got recognized by the white house, been in Texas Highways magazine...and all we want to do is go fishing!...and my nickname is headacherack on youtube channel. We have survived for about twenty five years and we want to travel and paint. Let me see if I can find a picture of an early mural...

Very cool, redhawkerII. Love the art, the lifestyle and that great butcher block table you have there. Life is good, hmmm?

...I know the wind sure ain't going to blow that table around Ha! They (the owners) had set it out to be thrown away. It is about as heavy as a refrigerator. And we may mount it into the rear of the pick-up, but we fear about the weight issue...

Beautiful art!!! I love wall murals and appreciate the towns that feel this is a worthwhile investment for town funds.

If it gets too windy today (which it will) I will see if I can string together a good sized collection of shots and post them on youtube, then will stick in this thread. By the way- there's a neat cool website called 'STUPIFLEX' that you can weave your pictures into very nice slideshows at no cost. I will try doing this on their site.
