Fulltiming in North county San Diego

I have not purchased a trailer yet but just found out that I'm going to have to find a new place to live. This isn't great timing as I was planning on going full-time on the road when my lease ends next April. Now I'll either have to find a place that's month to month or buy my trailer now and live in it until April.

Can someone give me clues as to how to find an Mobile Home Park/Trailer Parkl that allows trailers. I can't seem to come up with anything in a google search or on Craigslist. I need a place that will allow me to rent a space only. Any other creative ways of finding a place to park and live? I know there are probably zoning rules in most residential areas. Any search terms that I should search by?

I live in Carlsbad, CA.
