Awwwshucks, thanks guys.... that was an easy one !
Glad to help though.... I'll be talking to you around tax time Mr. Numbers !

Attached is a pic of a type of "clevis pin" that has a small spring loaded ball on the end to keep the pin from coming out of it's hole too easily, except with a gentle tug on the ring. They come in many lengths, diameters and materials...

I'll bet you'll find a pretty good assortment at your local Ace Hardware store.

Good Luck and have fun !

That's the same flagpole I have at a lower price.

This was on a previous post and I purchased mine from this site. It is very nice, easy to store and I'm happy with it.
I retract this statement. This pole I discarded as it is not substantial enough for windy days. I finally went to Lowes and bought a painter pole and put eye bolts in for the flag to attach.
Is it spring yet?

I have e-mailed and called Pole Ease with no response. Does anyone know where I might get the 3 flag holder?

After no reply from Pole Ease, I decided to tackle making my own pair of flagpoles for my Safari. How hard could it be, right?

So the other day, I went to our local discount store and found telescoping golf ball retriever poles! Since they were only 10 bucks, I bought a pair.

I decided to cut the tips off (where the golf ball plastic thingumajig was attached to) with my handy dremmel.

I then inserted just the right size diameter plaster board retaining anchor at the tip where I then screwed into a couple washers and retaining screw with a washer that I drilled a small hole into which a retaining ring would then be inserted for the flag clip...

For the pole holders, I just went and got a pair of PVC pipes from Home Depot and cut them to size and secured them with retaining straps...

Works great! And stores within my side compartments quite nicely!

Total cost: less than 40 bucks!
