Changed Domicile

We did it. Changed domicile to South Dakota. Very happy we did. No state tax on our earned income or SS. If that wasn't enough - the same insurance coverage for our AS and our 2 pickups cost 1/3 what we paid in Arkansas. Dougherty & Associates( danjohn@doughertyassoc.net) shopped and compared different companies for us to get the best coverage at the best price. For us ,using a different company for the vehicles and another for the AS fulltimers coverage worked out better, Using Alternative Resources Mail Forwarding(Alternative Resources) in Sioux Falls, SD. They were highly recommended at several rving sites. They handled the vehicle registration for us also, which made everything go really smooth. The licensing fees in SD are extremely low. The fees for a class A CDL is also very low. This is making a huge difference for us. Just thought I'd post this for other fulltimers considering a change in domicile. 'shaker
