We did it from 2006 to 2010. We rented one room from a friend, in their house. They didn't charge us anything. I used that address for BC med, drivers License and truck/trailer registration and insurance. (All done in one visit to a BC access center) For the rest of my mail, I used Mail Box ect and the UPS store. There are lots of mail forwarding businesses. Just Google it. Make sure to go back to BC every six months and keep some gas receipts or anything that can prove you were there.
That all worked well for us. You can also use a relative for primary, but we didn't have one. All our pensions and deductions were on auto deposits.
