Any 'streamers in Quartzsite?

We will be boondocking between 1/12 & 1/25. Just wanted to know if anyone else is in the area.

The El Camino Real Unit has a rally in Quartzsite from Jan 20 to Jan 24.

There are also some 4CU'ers boondocking south of the Q until our rally in mid February. Hopefully one or more will chime in.

Eagle & Bear - wouldn't be surprised to find that you have the same landlady I do in Madison, SD! Will be in Brenda near Quartzsite starting Sunday for 3 nights. Plan to hit the RV Show on Mon/Tue. Will be at Brenda RV Resort on 60.

Brad,

What area south of town are you staying at?

Its not me that's actually boondocking, I'm currently at home. There are a few folks boondocking from the Four Corners Unit that are south of Q about four or five miles.

Here's the directions from an earlier posting on our Thanksgiving Day rally:

1) You go about 5 miles south of Quartzsite on US 95 to just past mile marker 99.
2) Then turn right onto 53rd ST North, just after you turn bare right onto dirt road, sign has Road Runner campground.

You'll be able to see all of the silver beauties from US 95. Just after you turn right onto 53rd ST you'll see another right turn, take that and then there's another immediate right that goes over a small dry wash. Take that and follow the northerly route to the Airstreams. Oh, bring some firewood if you can. Tell 'em all I said "hi".

I don't think the 4CU folks who are at Q at the moment are in the same locaion as the Thaksfiging rally (directions above)... they are staying the LTV (Long Term Visitor's) area about a mile south of town off 95...PM Dogpound (Bob & Lou), ScrapIrony2 (Mike & Tracy), Jim & Min (Jimmini) or Mike Dean (Mike & Sheri Dean) to find their exact location...most will be there until they leave for the Dead Horse 4 Rally Feb 12-15.

There are 4 of the Four Corners Unit boondocking at the Tyson Wash LTVA about 6 miles South of Quartzsite. Turn in at Tyson Wash LTVA (going West) We are about 1/2 mile in on left side of road. We have two traditional A/S trailers one Squarestream and one Moho.

We would be glad to have any of you who wants join us.

The Hobo Rally is in Blythe, Ca mid month Feb. and would be an excellent opportunity to join us while on your way out.

Anyboy know where the El Camino Real group is meeting??

Thanks.

The El Camino rally was at Quartzsite Marketplace, across the street from Rice Ranch. It started Wednesday, January 20th, and ended Sunday, the 24th.

Lynn and I are at Rice Ranch until we move to the Hobo on Monday.
