windshield wipers

I own a 97 30 foot Cutter. I have a question. When I
select intermitant with wiper control the wipers will stop at random places,
and not return to the stow position. I replaced the control module, didn't
cure the problem. By the way, for reference, the module is located directly under the engine instruments, and screwed to the steering
column support. Has anyone else have this problem, and how did you fix it?

Another question, I'm looking for cutter paont codes. I found 2 numbers
on the Airstream website, that are traced back to a 1976 Dupont
number for Chevy trucks. The lower approx. 2 feet of the front and rear endcaps, have been painted a metallic gray with a clearcoat. The
clearcoat has grown cancer, I would like to repaint that area.
If I can't find the number I will choose something close.

The original specs for your unit indicate it is gel coat (nu-white) with decals.

I know there was a change at OEM to paint in 1998 (late).

Are you sure it is OEM paint on yours?

Pictures would be of some help, as others might recognize it as original or aftermarket.

The wiper specs will be Chevy sourced on that I believe.
