Window Shade being shady

I have a bedroom sunscreen that's slow to return, anyone messed with these? Know how to get it to go all the way up again? etc.?

If it's a roller shade, sounds like the spring inside has slipped. Lift it out of the brackets, roll it all the way up and reinsert it.
