Hello. We have a 2003 Skydeck for sale in Colorado. It is posted in the classified adds on Airforms and it would be easier for you to check out the pics and details there. Thanks!

Visone RV Salvage and Parts. They have a website too.
Located in East Bernstadt, KY. They got lots of used parts also. However, I needed some chrome trim for my docking lights and they would only sell it if I took the whole body panel. Overall prices are reasonable.

First big snow storm in the Sky Deck RV
Well, never heard anyone mention this before. When it snows the rooftop patio collects snow and when it rains that snow can act like a sponge and hold a tremendous amount of weight up there. How do others prevent this issue?

Fortunately no leaks, but golly!

I'd bet a smallish plastic snow shovel, carefully and regularly applied, would be a darn good idea if covered storage is not available.
Conceivably, enough accumulation could overload the roof...with obvious expensive consequences...

In the years I have owned this one I have never needed to go south. It always melts before the next snow. There is another foot coming this week, and it's raining until then. Should at least be a banner year for snowpack in California! Fill those reservoirs.
Peter, are you still full-timing? Where did you end up this winter?

Hi Randy, I added a home base in Hillsboro TX. No snow but can get cold for a few days. We leave here for The Cajun Caravan in a week.

Wow! If you mean https://wbccicaravan.wbcci.net/future-caravans-2019/, that sounds like a lot of fun.
Do you spend a lot of time showing your Airstream off to the trailer campers?
Glad to hear you have a place to hold up, to not always be on wheels.

Between the SkyDeck and the Interstate we don’t spend too much time in Hillsboro but at least it is a base to keep stuff you don’t want to carry always. It is also a space to keep the interstate.
Yes the SkyDeck attracts lot of attention and is a fun place for small happy hours.
