Patty O'room

I have a brand new Patty O'room (tropic room) that I kept when I traded in my 2001 390XL. It is manufactured by A&E (Dometic), not Zip-Dee. A&E calls it a Patty O-Room, while Zip-Dee calls them (Tropic Rooms). It is green and beige in color. The only thing else you will need to buy is the permanent hardware that attaches to the motorhome, 4 small brackets and the lower fasteners which are mounted underneath the basement doors. I am having a new blue one made for our new to us 2007 396XL.
