Just Purchased '99 Cutter... any advice?

Just purchased a 1999 Cutter, pusher with one slide. We are heading out next week for the trip from lower 48 to Alaska. If there is any owner who has any advice or suggestions regarding the coach or the trip I would appreciate it.

Thanks

Run the bus for a couple of hundred miles at least before such a trip
Check roof, tires, belts, equipment etc..
Check into good sams bumber to bumer warranty for the trip cancell after trip if you want.
Take lots of pictures with your airstream in it for us!
Have fun.
