flat front access panel - duh!

ok, so i figured out how to open the panel to gain access to the gen. but now, i can't figure out how to close/secure it.

or at least, i don't know how the bottom latches. any help is certainly appreciated!

well, finally figured out this conundrum - the bottom tab on the front panel was bent at a 90 degree angle. how this happened from when i opened it up is beyond me! bent it back straight and voila!, the tab goes into the hole and the latch holds it in place like it was designed. weird man!

oh my, you can say that again. while i was rewiring my front mirror running lights, the front side marker lights would go ON, then OFF, then ON...

and the kicker is, the wiring, fuse box, terminals, etc. look very nice. but i think i will work on eliminating the 90,000 wire nuts from the PO.
