I assume your OEM seat tilts and turns and reclines. Does it also have the shoulder belt in it?
To replace the seat, you must have that shoulder belt anchor.
Having said that, if you go to a truck shop, Freightliner, Kenworth, etc, and ask to see their truck seats, they will show you lots of options, but they are not cheap. The seats will generally be slimmer, but still very comfortable, and you may want to upgrade to an air seat. ( on review, I see your unit is not air equipped. But there are many seats that are NOT air ride also.) Chances are you will not find a recliner in this style of seat, but swivels are available.
Ebay is a good place to start looking to see if something might be suitable.

You may even be able to find one that will fit your existing base?
You may be able to use your existing seat in another location in your unit?

On my CLIPPER, with no slide, I have approximately 22" clearance behind my drivers seat, to the couch, when my seat is fully back.
