Okay, this is what I really, really want....replacement decals for the outside accent striping on the '98 Cutter; blues and burgandies. My better half says they'll be outrageously expensive and better to wait and have the whole MH striped and painted with graphics....now that sounds expensive to me. I'd rather replace the graphic decals.
Has anyone tried to order these from Jackson Center? Any idea of cost and can we even get them?

i goto vintage car shows all the time. i "see" vintage motor decals, all kinds of stuff like that. while i've never had them made, every time i ask, it's "very easy", and cheap is the reply...

Okay, I went to the Airstream Co site and found the decal numbers and diagrams. No vendor or supplier information, so I must have to order them from the company. Sent a inquiry and will have to see. Maybe call the local dealer would be best.
I should have looked at the site first before asking the question....sorry about that.

I am waiting for pricing between decal replacement and just painting the whole thing. I realize the painting price will be huge, but wanted to check anyway.
It sounds like the decals are about $2k for the whole motorhome.....Nothings every easy or inexpensive!
Anyone strip and replace decals on their own? Let me know what kind of project I can expect if we do this ourselves.
Hi Pam,
This may have arrived after-the-fact (sorry) but we have used these guys to make different decals for us in the past (large lizards, drumset silhouette, lightening flashes, decals for glass that look like etchings, etc). They also do custom work if you submit the design. Am not sure if they can do some of the very long and broad stripes for a MoHo, but who knows. The stuff they have done for us has been of high quality (exterior vinyl) and very reasonable. Have heard paint jobs run in the area of $5 - 10K! These guys are out of Houston, TX I believe:
I am still investigating how to get the best price on decals and is there someone in Central MA to take the old ones off and add the new ones.
The MH is 10 years old and this is the year of aggressive maintenance. We (primarily my husband) just built a wood frame and plastic enclosure for the front portion so that he can do some major electrical work. While there's lots of functional maintenance on our list, I am still very concerned with getting the outside detailed and new decals.
So....anyone in Central MA with a mobile detailing business????
