Aux Driving Lights
From the attached pic, I want to at the very least, re-aim my driving lights as they shine up in the trees. But more importantly, I would like to update/replace them. Does anyone have any advice on removal and perhaps a nicer upgrade please?

My thoughts on "driving lights" is that I hate them.
Too many people use them in oncoming traffic. Driving into high beams sucks, driving into high beams plus driving lights is blinding.
They are almost as bad when some brilliant but considerate person camps out on your back bumper.
Sometimes I daydream about stopping where the offender stops and fixing all of one of these drivers front facing lights with a hammer... lol

True, but driving in the wilds at night is better with more light. I have what I believe are fog lights on the front of the skydeck. Have yet to figure out where the switch is. I was actually shopping for xenon bulbs for the headlights. You cannot swap them directly, you need to have the fixtures MADE for the super sharp bulbs, they will blind oncoming traffic otherwise. Turns out the Ford Escape headlights on the 390 have aftermarket replacements that can be setup with xenons.
I have a jeep too and it has just as big an aftermarket so I have done the xenon upgrade already on a vehicle. Takes a bit of time to aim them, take them out, adjust, put them in, check, repeat...

If your lights are in the trees, it may be that your truck's front end is too high and your hitch needs adjustment. But if these are lights mounted on the roof there should be a bolt on them to adjust them.
And, many trucks have "fog" lights below the headlights in the bumper that are quite annoying to oncoming traffic. The switch for them on our Tundra is located on the light stalk and is easy to miss.

This weekend I plan to take out the existing lights and replace them with something whiter, brighter and aimed lower out of oncoming traffic. Does anyone have a source for replacing the stock 4"x6" high beam lights? I replaced the low beam with aftermarket to dress up the front end, but still have the yellow, smoker's teeth- colored high beams.

Oh, and for the record the foglight switch is in the headlight switch. If I did more driving at night I might have found it sooner.

Someday, we will all have LEDs that are programmed to shift out of the oncoming lane and down when approaching from the rear. Wouldn't that be nice? Pat
