Airstream 396XL leveling jacks

I developed a new problem yesterday. Our 396XL was in our driveway as it had been for a few days...and we noticed that the coach had developed a slant towards the drivers side...I went outside and confirmed that indeed it is listing and restarted the engine and re-leveled the was fine and nice and level. When I turned off the panel for the leveling jacks I heard a hissing noise and (with the engine still running) could tell that the coach as again starting to list to the drivers side...I will check the hydraulic fluid level again tomorrow when I pull the jacks up and move to level ground. I don't see any fluid under the this a common problem? Perhaps an internal seal leak???
Soooo happy I got extended service warranty a few weeks (maybe a month) ago (after a very expensive refrigerator fiasco!).

If not leaking then it is likely a valve seal failing. get-er fixed!

Peace and Blessings..
