Windshield Wiper Arm Assembly

Anybody have a source for windshield wiper arm assemblies? My local NAPA truck parts store says they "might" could find one. My LY is a 2000 thirty foot.

Did you replace the entire wiper assembly? I took my passenger side arm and blade off. The hole in the arm that mounts on the protruding bolt is stripped as are the ridges on the bolt. The bolt only comes off, as far as I can see, with the entire articulating assembly. My local NAPA truck parts house says the entire articulating assembly with arms is about $300. Is that in line with your experience?

Check out this outfit.Wiper Arms | AM Equipment They have everything you need and if you wander around their web site you can learn more than you will ever need to know about wipers.

Yes, I replaced both arms, wiper base, windshield sprayers, threaded acorn nuts etc. they were very knowledgeable. My wiper assembly is older than yours and they had everything I needed, so I'am sure they would stock the newer replacements as well.

Thanks Dan, I have sent them an email requesting a quote and ordering instructions. The assembly pictured on their website homepage looks exactly like the assembly I have. Thanks.

Glad to be able to help. There are a bunch of great vendors around where you can source parts but AM Equip. has a great technical library. I redesigned my drivers side wiper and not only did I use the information on their site, but now I can actually ask for the part using the proper name.

I finally ordered a passenger side wiper arm from Bob Jones RV in Houston. In the process of doing surveys, drawing pictures and identifying my particular wiper assembly I learned a lot. Thanks to all for your input.
