tow hitch on 2001LY 30ft
just wanted to see if anyone had a 3000lb hitch on their motorhome, and if they replaced it with a 5000lb hitch. mine has a 3000lb hitch, and since both of my cars are around 3300 to 3500lbs, I will need to replace one with a lighter weight or replace the hitch. any suggestions?

Mine was reinforced to a 5000 by p.o.. He flat towed a jeep yj & I tow a tj.
