Both of the front seats in our '05 LYG 30 SO swivel. It takes some adjusting to turn them facing into the living area though.
The passenger seat is easier to turn around because there is no steering wheel to run into. Usually I just release the swivel lock and turn it clockwise. Nothing to it. So far, I have not been obstructed by the dog house.
The drivers seat is a little trickier. To get the drivers seat turned, the steering wheel needs to be straight up. Next, you turn the seat counterclockwise. When any part of the seat hits an obstruction, use the electric and mechanical adjustment controls to relieve it. Sometimes the armrest hits the steering wheel so you have to fold it up or down. After a while, you get the hang of it and it gets easier. The doghouse does not get in the way on my drivers side either.
BTW, welcome to the forums, hope you take the plunge and someday buy an AS.
