For what it's worth, a previous thread got me looking at replacing the rear hatch struts on my 1992 36' Land Yacht. Ever since I purchased this MH I've had to prop up the rear hatch since the struts would not keep the hatch open. I checked the weight of the hatch and calculated the required pressure since the original struts had unreadable labels. The original struts were 10" long open 3.75" stroke and only had 20# of pressure. I replaced them with a pair of 10" 60# struts and everything is working great now. The part number for these struts was: CS1000-60 and were purchased on ebay.

They were listed at $19.95 a pair but I made a "make offer" of $17 and they accepted. Figured I'll post this incase anyone else is interested.
