PAC Brake type ID, component locations and diagnosis

5.9 Cummins and the air cylinder has a "BN Engine Brake" logo. It may be "BD".

Does anyone have a diagram/schematic as well as location points for components to facilitate diagnosis?

An aside, how quickly should the air tanks bleed off? I'd think ideally, never.
