Looks really long for a 33', picture is a 36' with a tag axle.
Interior look good too. You'll love it after you get it done your way.

My labeled 30 is actually 31, your picture shows an extra window between the kitchen and the bedroom window, mine has blank wall, no window in the bathroom. Tag axle and angle of picture makes it look longer, especially the rear overhang. Looks like you picked up a winner, I felt bad only getting 6000 for my last mh 1990 and it was only 19 ft. Nice looking too.

Yep, it's a 33' all right. The single barrel chair and kitchen on the road side gives it away. Notice the long double windows on mine v/s the single long window on his. Looks good though.

Any issues? I bought my 36' LY for $2000 but it needed about $4000 and a lot of sweat to get her in good shape. Still a few minor things to get in order on mine.

Just got back from our trip to Road Atlanta and every system worked perfectly. 5 days of boondocking and not one issue to report. It's nice when they're working properly. A b%ch when they're not. Saw a lot of motorhomes at the Petit Lemans that had issues during the event, so I felt VERY fortunate with mine. Got a lot of complements since most had never seen an Airstream LY before.

Best of luck with your new found friend. My you have MANY happy years together.

There is a bump on the front driver corner that needs some body work. There was a leak back in the rear, one over the toilet along the wall and one curbside be side the bed. One over right rear corner in the Cabinet. They have not showed any sign of dripping with this rain we have been getting but the seam on the inside show wet with a papertowel. I think it just has not completely dried out. I feel the need to go over the roof seams after the previous owner had cleaned the seams and appears he used diecore to fill them. I want to use that eternabond tape everyone has been talking about. I also want to removr the carpet and use linoleum.
Any thoughts?

The first thing I did was to replace all the rivets on the roof corner round and reseal all the roof seams with Eternabond tape. The Eternabond tape has worked great for me. Just make sure that you clean the roof seams well with acetone first. Only after I was sure that I had fixed the roof leaks did I start on the wall repairs.

As for other leaks, I found that most of the windows were leaking at the corners. AS did not do a great job at centering the windows and this resulted in several upper and lower corners of the windows not having a complete seal. This caused several leaks that eventually showed up as delamination (interior and exterior) below the windows. It takes a long time for these leaks to be visible so don't assume that there are no leaks anymore. Wall repair is most certainly doable but a bit messy and labor intensive.

Not sure what your headlights look like. Would like to see more pics of your coach.

Sounds like you have a great start to a nice project. Keep us up on what's happening. Pics are greatly appreciated.
