Monitor Location

Hello,
My Land Yatch is a 2003 Gas 30' and my rear monitor is located on the right side of the dash. First, it's in a poor location for viewing and my camera connector keeps popping out. Those with my type of setup know what I'm going through to view it and access the back of the monitor. You must remove the TV to get at the back of the monitor and in the process, the owner before me cracked the dash panel so the monitor is hanging by a nail (two screws instead of four). Not to mention that I can't install the radio since the lower part of the panel supports the radio and it's cracked off. I know I can order a new panel at $160. It will still be a flimsy setup. Or I can modify the present configuration. Have any of you been there, done that? Sorry for the long post and thank you.
