Hmmmm.

I like the way our ultra leather feels and looks with a leather cleaner/conditioner on it.

May just be cosmetic, but it is nice.

Seems that leather cleaner would clean vinyl and vinyl cleaner would clean leather, but-
I use Armor All protectant on all plastic, rubber, vinyl and some type of leather care lotion (whichever is on sale at Walmart or Advance) on leather. As far as I know the couch in the Airstream is "pleather".

There are multiple Lexol products. The cleaner would work fine, but the manufacturer of ultraleather says to use soap and water, or a spray cleaner like Formula 409. Lexol cleaner is a pretty expensive cleaner. It is the standard for old British sports cars and leather sofas.

Lexol conditioner contains oils similar to tanning oils to feed the (real) leather. Can't see how that would be a good idea on a synthetic product like ultraleather.

Now that I think of it, perhaps if it is synthetic leather (we have it in our Flying Cloud too), 303 protectant might work on it. It certainly works well on most plastic surfaces, far better than Armorall, IMHO. They make a full line of cleaners and protectants for synthetic materials.

I loves me my 303! It was developed as a sealer for aircraft windshields.

303 Protectants and Cleaners is the premium choice for car enthusiasts, avid boaters and home owners since 1980

You think Lexol is expensive...!

Here is the Zaino store I found online. Zaino Store : Z-10 Leather in a Bottle

The leather stuff I have used since 2006 on our IS350, and since we use it on our couch in our home, and chair. Its good. Zaino has a cleaner too, it works well.
It doesn't leave it greasy if you are worried about that, and it smells great.

Zaino Z6 clean gloss enhancer spray I use on the inside of the car on the wood trim, and on the outside of the car. It smells great too. I use it with a microfiber cloth on any appliance you don't want to scratch that has a plastic display. Puts a mirror shine on it. I use it in the AS on the inside and out. Gets rid of finger prints.
I like it a lot !
have a good one!
I love Zaino too! In fact, it has replaced Lexol as my leather conditioner. I still use Lexol leather cleaner - it does a good job and has the right Ph for leather - but Zaino's Z-10 is a good conditioner, and it smells GREAT! Makes the leather in a Japanese car (or truck) smell like the leather in an English sports car! Yummy. Apparently, the Japanese don't like the smell we associate with leather, so their tanning process is virtually odorless. What a shame. Zaino fixes that!

I also use Zaino waxes and sealers - again, expensive, but worth it. I learned about Zaino here:

And while I'm at it...

For cleaning and polishing transparent plastics like Plexiglas and Lexan, the best product I've ever found is PLEXUS. Amazing stuff. I use it on motorcycle windshields and helmet visors. I'm sure it will work great on our Airstream's "sunglasses" - the front wraparound window covers. Used with a microfiber towel, it's just the best.

Plexus Plastic Cleaner

Guess what? It's expensive.
