.Need help again.
1. lights over table, in shower and in hall way do not work,even when plugged in, Where is fuse for it?

2. Driving thru Texas, ac on max cold and still very hot . I had the a/c recharged recently but still not cold. Thinking of installing a clear sheet across the cab????????

I can't say where your breakers might be but your dash air is basically an automotive unit and is not capable of cooling the area of the moho. A plastic curtain will help keep the cool air in the cockpit area.

The fuses for the 12 volt house circuits on our 30 footer are behind the drivers seat in a compartment built into the sofa arm.

Is there cold air coming out of the vents? Maybe the ac needs a charge. Ours does a good job. Had it recharged a couple of years ago.

Our fuses are located in the storage area behind the driver's seat…accessed from the outside storage trunk.
Re; the AC. You might have a hose that is folded over. Seems it's quite common for the flexible, black hose to kink.

I had my dash all apart this winter. The hoses do definately form kinks that I did my best to reroute and reform. Also there is a vacuum hose that runs from the a/c/heater control knobs thru the firwall, over the rad to the passenger side and into the box attached to the firewall and used to route air to the various outlets. Mine was toasted literally. It's a very small white tube almost appeared to be ceramic that was full of dried out, toasted parts. No way was it working the vacuum motor. replacing this hose has got to help somewhere. last summer had to run the generator and front a/c to get enough cooling up front. (Don't know why I didn't run rear a/c as well??)
The lights over the table have 2 switches; one is on the lamp itself and the other is on the half wall by the door. (Both must be on) The light in shower is controlled by light in wash room. Is this light working? Lights in the forward part of the m/h are run by master switch located in half wall and on the light fixtures. ( both must be on) Hall lights by shower itself are independant. Don't you all just love to lie on the ground with your head in the compartment to check those fuses??

Also, the two switches at the lower right of the half wall as you come in the door must be turned on (Not STORE mode).

As an aside, I have had a couple of occasions where my leveling jacks did not operate properly. I turned these two switches to the STORE mode, left them in that position for a minute or so, then turned back on. Jacks worked properly. It seems that the switches acted as a CTL-ALT-Delete move on a compute.

Woodytwo -- my small vacuum hose is also toasted. I have tried to trace the hose, but cannot determine where it goes at the firewall. Any additional help on where it connects to the vacuum source?

I should have taken a picture of these vacuum hoses behind the dash showing how they connect to the a/c, heater controls. The older I get the more I cannot remember. I had already put the dash back on , before I noticed the toasted hose. But to replace that vacuum hose you will need to remove the driver side dash. I haven't replaced this hose as I can't find one that small diameter. Not sure that if you use a larger diameter, if things would work right. I still have to talk to my mechanic. Hope to have the new hose installed in a week or so. When I install it, I plan to reroute it away from the heat of the engine and rad. Right now it goes right next to the rad.

Hallway is a two way switch, one on unit has to be on and the 12v selenoid activated so that the switch in the grouping at the entrance door will work.
Shower light is turned on when the switch on wall to right of sink is on. Light at the table should have a switch on the bottom of fixture, check bulbs a couple of mine burned out.

Drive in Florida has been fixed with a new dash a/c, but before that we put in a curtain from behind driver to behind passenger. The a/c people when I asked about increasing unit said it was only an auto a/c and can't expect much more than it is getting. I know my pu puts out colder air than the MH, so it is critical to have the gas at the right level to maximize it. Using the medium fan gets colder air than high. Using max recycles interior air with curtain makes it more efficient. Texas is a state that did allow sunscreen film on windshield when I googled state rules for film, installer quoted too much but there is a 3M product that is clear that cuts back heat.
