We stopped at Beverly Beach on our way south last year and considered it a lucky find. Pricey, but you're on the ocean. Can't do that from home, can you?
We stayed there once in our pre Airstream days and backed our classic GMC
up to overhang the sea wall. Great sunrises in the bedromm window. It was one of the reasons for choosing the Land Yacht, Big sunrise bedroom window!
