Interior fixes

I have two pet peeves with my Land Yacht interior. Neither is earth shattering, but they are annoying. How did you other Land Yachters
handel these small items?
1. Cabinet handel wood pops off. The small wooded covers for the handels pop off and seem to reject my glue to hold them more than a month or two.
2. The vinyl skylight cover that attaches to the skylight frame with velcro seems to have stronger velcro than glue. It pulls the glue off instead of the velcro and leaves a dried glue mess on the frame.
How do I get the mess off and what kind of velcro can do the job right?
P. S. My vinyl cover has an insulated reflector on the top.

Paul, I'am sure I can come up with more than two annoying things if I think about it long enough, but I too have had the same problem with the handles. I used a dab of clear silicone caulk and haven't had any repeat failures. I don't use any skylite covers so can't be of to much help on them, but have you tried the regular Velcro glue brand? You would think it would hold its own product. Also on the glue removal, I've had success with 3M adhesive removal and WD40 sometimes.
