The fridge handles can likely be ordered by any RV supply shop that carries that brand. The shower handle and hinge can likely be found at a DYI store or Bathroom fixture shop that sells glass and aluminum shower enclosures. The shower enclosure isn't particular to Airstream, or RV's for that matter. It's a standard kit of extrusions and hardware that are also used in residential applications.

That's funny, because I'm looking for the same thing. My shower door only has the same brown locking knob as well.

I would love to see a picture of the one that is suppose to be in there. I was just thinking would a screen door latch work there?

Now that is what I think mine looked like. These all seem to have that funky little knob.

All I have is the knobe and two holes. No handle on the inside or outside. Glorian, can you post a picture of the inside handle as well? That looks like my setup too.

Handle replacements

When I first purchased our LY the main entry door handle was small and in bad shape. While at an AS dealership I saw the entry handles on the newer model AS Land Yachts had changed (that was in 2002) and thought they looked a lot nicer so I ordered one and installed it. Since then I've seen some higher end SOB motor homes with similar designed handles that were illuminated and I thought it might be possible to convert the one I had installed to do the same. After investigating the handle, I found that the top and bottom chrome portion had a space large enough to install small lights that I tied into my keyless entry system. So now the handle illuminates when the key pad is touched for entry. Photos are attached.
First photo is original handle style that was replaced, this photo is on the drivers door side.
Other photos are the replacement on the entry, illumination is a bit difficult to see.

Great! Now I know what I need. Now I just need to find out where to get it.

Just as I say that I did a search and found these:

Shower Door Handles 2"

Shower Door Handles 2.5"

They come in 2" and 2.5" hole centers. Now I need to go home and make some measurements.

Thanks a bunch guys. All I needed was a picture to go by so I knew what I was looking for.

Yep, I ordered the 2 inch one I posted a link to and it fits the existing holes exactly like OEM.
