Hood Release Cable

I have a 2000 Land Yacht 350XL. The hood release cable has broken. Does anyone know where I might find a new one? Will one for a Ford truck work, if so what size truck?

Any help I can get will be appreciated.

Thanks, I got it opened ok but now need to replace broken cable.

Mine is badly frayed. I was told to contact the chassis mfg.

Hope this info helps, although it does sound a bit pricey.

I ordered one from Airstream Supply and yeah it was a bit pricey but what isn't when it comes to RVs.

Took about a week for it to arrive, got it put on and all is well.
